She currently serves as Chairwoman of BlueFocus International and Deputy Chair of Plus Company, a leading marketing and branding service group. She has rich capital market experience, having led two IPO processes, completed seven international M&A and post-merger integrations, partnered with strategic PE partners, and invested in early-stage startups.

Alex Liang

Alex has over 10 years of experience investing in technology driven companies in the US. He is interested in areas of AI, SaaS, Consumer Internet, and Biotech. He has been on the Board of Directors for many companies and provided significant help on strategies. He was Founding Partner of Oriza Ventures. Prior to that he was a Venture Partner at SAIF Partners. He was also Co-founder and CEO at PICA Mobile.

George Maloney

George has 15 years of executive management and investment experience in the technology sector. George was the founder and CEO of Waterway Devops, which was acquired by NASDAQ-listed enterprise software provider JFrog in 2020. Prior to founding Waterway, George was an early employee and executive at ad-tech provider Vungle, which was acquired by Blackstone for $750M. Most recently, George was Founding Partner at Waterway Ventures, a seed-stage investment fund focused on SaaS and AI products.

He is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in investments and capital markets in New York and London. He currently serves as the CFO for Blue Focus International, where he oversees M&A and capital markets. He has a strong track record as a venture capital investor and has served on several growth-stage company boards in sectors such as luxury brands and e-commerce.

Alice Huang

Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. At the helm of EnvisionX Capital’s fellowship program, Alice orchestrates gatherings of AI experts to dissect market trends and distill investment insights. Prior to joining EnvisionX, she successfully spearheaded an incubator program, collaborating closely with burgeoning startups to navigate the early and often tumultuous waters of business development.

Hai Hong Yang

Recently graduated from UC Berkeley, Hai Hong got involved with Venture Capital early on in his college career and is deeply connected in the startup ecosystem at Berkeley, Stanford and other major universities throughout the U.S. He has worked at multiple Venture Capital and Private Equity firms and executed over 30 deals as an undergraduate student, as well as incubating and advising multiple startups in student organizations at Berkeley.
